Hot Tops® is a small community
company that originated out of the need for clothing that
fits with the environment & lifestyle of mountain living.
For many years I participated in extreme cold weather sports
and was never quite warm enough. The idea came to me while
back country skiing in the San Juan Mountains that a fleece
lined sports bra may very well solve my problem. I began
researching fabrics and working on a design and came up with
a sports bra that not only gives support but also wicks moisture
away from the body and keeps you warm. All of my friends
loved the idea so I started Hot Tops®.
I thought if I was designing clothing for the
winter sports that I participate in that I should be designing
clothes for all the other activities that I enjoy. Not only
skiing and ice climbing, but also yoga, running, rock climbing,
mountain biking, hiking and surfing. I hope you enjoy the
outdoors as much as I do, and I know that Hot Tops® clothing
